We've talked to him before. You've seen him around. He's leading the way in the fight against 5G in Arizona. But did you know that he had an auto immune disorder? Even more surprising is the fact that he was able to reverse it naturally and ON HIS OWN. Dr. Benjamin Benulis is back with his new book, Create Health: Reverse Autoimmune Disease with drugs or their side effects.

Guest Bio:
Dr. Benjamin Benulis:
Twelve years ago I was struggling with a health condition that at the time I didn’t even know what autoimmune. I had chronic fatigue, chronic muscle pain, skin issues and horrible digestive issues. My health was declining rapidly at 28 years old. I had been going through the medical merry-go-round of specialist to specialist, drug to drug, for months on end essentially seeing zero results. I was getting extremely frustrated, discouraged and depressed. Here I was spending all this time and money seeing doctors who didn’t seem to be able to help me. And much worse, none of them really seemed to care? Sound familiar? I knew I had to figure out a way out of this, even if it wasn’t with their help. I began researching, massively self-educating and massively self-experimenting. I swore that changing my diet and was the LAST thing I ever want to do. But once I had exhausted every other option, I was painted into a corner. I started trying to eat healthier. In the beginning I had absolutely NO idea what I was doing. It was total mad-scientist-mode. But over time, with lots of trial and error I began to fall into a routine and a program that worked for me.  Within about 6 short weeks of finding a protocol that worked me I saw a massive shift in my health. My chronic pain disappeared. My skin issues started to clear up. My digestion improved DRAMATICALLY. And best of all, instead of chronic fatigue, I had more energy than I knew what to do with! Not from some miracle drug, herb, pill or supplement. Not from some amazing new technological advance in modern medicine. But from this diet and lifestyle strategy I call Creating Health. Best of all, everything was food I could get at the grocery store. A strategy that is very straightforward and simple in nature. Without having to buy tons of exotic supplements and pills. Without having to hunt down exotic ingredients. Without having to endure any drug side effects....and it allowed me to reverse my autoimmune disease within a matter of months.

fighting back against the left's non stop attacks on liberty, freedom. And America, America. This is don't tread on liberty. Jason Davis is on the air.

Jason Davis:

Hey, welcome back to don't tread on liberty, here with Jason Davis. And we're back with more of our summer of solutions programming. We've been doing all solutions, all spring and summer, and more of the same today. Today, we're gonna be talking a lot about health care. And as we've been telling you to stay out of the healthcare system as much as possible. And obviously, a lot of that involves getting healthy. So we have somebody here today that did that on his own. He's the chief medical officer actually, for Arizona's for safe Tech fighting against 5g, but he's the author of the brand new book as well, reversing auto immune disease without drugs or side effects. Dr. Benjamin venules is back. Doc, good to see you. How have you been?

Dr. Ben Benulis:

been great, man. Thanks for having me back. I think it's my third appearance, maybe so it's your third time. All right. Have you reached out and asked me back? So thank you.

Jason Davis:

Yeah, I'm glad you're back. And I can't wait to get to the book. And it's very exciting news. But first, let's start with Arizona's for safe tech and 5g and you partnered up with children's health defense in Arizona. And they're basically like a combined force now fighting 5g with you on that front. And last time we talked this, this effort with the city of Chandler kind of fell apart and stalled. But now I'm hearing things about affidavits for 5g. So I guess catch us up to speed on what's going on. And what's up with affidavits?

Dr. Ben Benulis:

Yeah, I'm not gonna lie. Last time we're on here, the situation sounded pretty bleak. And I was pretty discouraged. And, you know, this is the kind of thing like when you have these people breaking the law, and it's new, novel thing, you're trying to figure out a strategy to combat it. And and at some point, you're just throwing stuff against the wall and seeing what sticks. And we're having a lot of things that look prompts not stick. And so again, pretty, pretty discouraged. And, you know, we'd kind of some of us people in our group had caught wind of the whole affidavits thing that like people like David Jose was doing and stuff like that. And, and so some of us started employing that I haven't really been too involved in it. But especially with City of Tucson, they've been like hammering them with the affidavits, basically saying, like, you know, you know, pursuant to your oath of office and all this stuff, and it's like, and basically showing them that they can, like hold them to account and their their bond to account for these actions that they can they can have legal responsibility. It's really, it's, it's, they're not responding directly to them. But they're changing their stance on things. They're letting things go, changes are slowly happening. So they're not acknowledging that they're getting them. But you can tell it's laying a fire under there, but the things are starting to shift. So So that's good news. We've got we're really strong on Tucson, in other cities, not so much. But like the model that they're doing is promising. And I know that the Tucson folks have been, you know, really fight an uphill battle. You know, especially with that city being, you know, just generally more amicable with the whole agenda. The you know, that's like, it's been a harder battle there for sure. So let's see that they're getting traction in a city like that is like really promising. So that's exciting.

Jason Davis:

Yeah. It's very interesting. I mean, I'm not sure it's the affidavits as much as it is them hearing from citizens in mass. If you have a lot of citizens reaching out to any government body, whether it's email phone call showing up. They're going to take action and adjust their stance. I'm not too sure if the affidavits have any weight, really, legally, I don't think they do.

Dr. Ben Benulis:

We're trying to I mean, like, I'm not going to try to bait you on this, but I'll just tell you, like, empirically, what we've noticed is that, you know, we were showing at the city council meetings, and we were writing letters, and we're calling the office and doing all the things and it's basically being stonewalled in every direction, but then suddenly, I don't know what it is about the that they decided to listen to that or maybe it's just been we've just been wearing them down all this time. And finally getting somewhere I don't know, whatever works. Yeah, whatever works out for a while. Whatever works, and if that works, then let's do it.

Jason Davis:

Let's do it all day long. You know, but we'll see. So you're trying to get them to do what to just stop building the 5g tower or what are you trying to get them to

Dr. Ben Benulis:

do once the towers up? It's pretty hard to take Down, Right. But basically, we're trying to stop them from doing is issuing permits to the wireless companies that allow them to build the tower. If the Verizon the T Mobile, whoever doesn't get a city permit, they can't build the tower.

Jason Davis:

Got it? Okay. So hopefully you could get them to change course on that and maybe prevent some of these things from going up. All right, good. And then, you know, working with children's health defense, the Arizona chapter has that been has that helped you at all? I mean, has that been pretty successful in that kind of merger thing that happened there?

Dr. Ben Benulis:

Yeah, it's helped us a lot, because we've just been able to leverage the resources of the International org, and like, operate as a 501. C three, so we can like receive funding, and things like that. And so we yeah, we've really been able to like, kind of leverage their resources, which has been really, really good, because we felt like we're fighting the uphill battle of the problem. But also the uphill battle of obscurity, no one knew who the heck we were. And children's health defense, you know, definitely has like brand recognition. You know, some of it positive, some of it negative, but to the people who support it very positive. And then, of course, it's maligned is this crazy organization by, you know, the mainstream media, so, but just having that brand recognition is good, but it was easier to garner support, and things like that.

Jason Davis:

Yeah, that's good news on that front. And unfortunately, there are so many issues that we're fighting right now. And I feel like this 5g really kind of gets buried a lot of times and doesn't really get enough attention. But it's super important. It's a critical issue. But again, there's so many other things, so many fronts, we're trying to fight and a lot of them are really, you know, in your face.

Dr. Ben Benulis:

Yeah, this is this is like the backbone of the problem, right? Like it's not in your face, but it is how they're going to implement all these other control systems. That's correct. Like the it's like the network or the backbone or the like the substrate upon which everything else is built.

Jason Davis:

That's correct. Yeah. Super important issue. Absolutely. But it's just it seems like it just doesn't get the attention that it really deserves. And anytime we get to have you on and talk about that, just love to do that. So let's move to the book. Because this is very exciting. And you've been working on this for a while. Create health, reverse autoimmune disease without drugs or their side effects. I heard the books coming out next week. Is that right? Let's come out Tuesday, the 24th. Yeah, hey, congratulations. And, you know, the kind of crux of the whole thing or people that don't know, your story is, you had an autoimmune disease, and you basically cured yourself, right?

Dr. Ben Benulis:

I don't like to use the word cure, like these were reversed. But yeah, I was struggling with one. And, you know, part of the reason that I've been so, you know, onto the whole, like, healthcare system shenanigans in the past few years is because I had to suffer through them, you know, 1012 years ago. And so I experienced it all firsthand, going in there thinking like, oh, they, you know, they're going to take care of me, they're just going to come to them with these complaints and they're going to just give me medicine and it's going to fix me, found out doesn't work that way. I had like, chronic muscle pain, really bad skin issues, really bad chronic fatigue, really, really bad digestive issues. And just basically was feeling like a hot mess like barely able to work in my late 20s. And and so went down the whole medical route. Basically, you know, like you go to one doctor, I can't figure out what's wrong with you, but Oh, you got stomach issues. Let's send you the gastroenterologist. So you get skin issues and you the dermatologist, and we also need to send you to you know, the rheumatologist for your chronic pain and we gotta get you the endocrinologist when your bloodwork and it's like, Whoa, I got to see like five different doctors here. And then like, Okay, this is I guess I'm a complicated case. And then, you know, each one of them is like, kind of run their own tests and going well, I don't know, we can't really figure out what's wrong with you. And just like, pass me along from next guy, the next guy, because nothing really fit anything. They read a textbook. And it got it got pretty bad. Like, I was basically just getting the runaround, like, everyone's like, well, I don't know, we'll send you to the next guy. Or like, oh, must, you know, all your labs look normal must just be all in your head. Let's be on your head. And basically try to tell me that things weren't that bad, you know? And so it was really disillusioning. And like, it got me really, really upset, really angry, which I am usually not someone to get angry about things but I lost my patience big time and As someone who like, you know, always believed in traditional medicine, medicine, that anything like alternative was quackery, those were just people who weren't smart enough to get into medical school. So come to find out that like, that wasn't exactly the case that these people were all just basically reading out of a playbook. And if it wasn't in the playbook, the like literally had no way to try to figure it out. So that ended up being me, you had to figure it out. And so that was just like, you know, I was working as an engineer in the telecom industry at the time, that's why I'm, you know, kind of hip to all this 5g stuff. And it was like, Okay, I have a science background, I'm just gonna, like, figure it out and read up. And so I just became like, my own experiment, my own research project, just massively self educating, massively self experimenting. And, you know, this was like, 2010 2011, there wasn't, there was information on the internet, but it wasn't like, there. It's now I was like, you know, just had to kind of go along and like, piece it together. I didn't know anybody else was suffering with this, I thought I was like, this weird, weird, rare case that I'm just the one, the one guy that doctors can't figure it out for, like, I really didn't know, I was totally in isolation. And so, so it was very, like, trying experience, but man play life changing. And I would, I would, I would redo it again, in a heartbeat as bad as it was. And so kind of long story short, it was like, I was reading stuff about, oh, you know, if you just eat healthier lives, problems go away. And if I'm not doing that, forget that. But as I was trying everything else, it was kind of just became like, nothing else is working. I was like, Okay, I was painted into a corner, you know, I was like, want to eat differently, and I want to have to eat healthy, do all that crap, but give it a shot, nothing else work, and I'm barely getting by in life. So that's when I when I started changing things. And I was really, like, had this mentality of like, I don't want to do this, I want to make that like, I'm used to microwaving all my food. So how can we make this easy, and I basically just said, Okay, blenders a lot like a microwave, you know, I'm gonna open it up through the food inside, closed door at the button a minute later, boom, you got food, right? That was basically what I was thinking, I was like, fruits and vegetables probably won't hurt my stomach. I heard in kindergarten, this was be good for you or something. So let's give this a shot. That was literally like, my mentality, I didn't know anything. And so started doing that and started feeling better. And then basically just got more into it. I started reading books on it. And you know, really radically changed my diet, my lifestyle. Now I'm, you know, at the point where I'm knocking back, you know, half gallon, a green smoothie a day. And basically, within, you know, six to eight weeks doing that pretty religiously, it was like, everything cleared up. The chronic pain went away, almost immediately, the skin cleared up, the digestion got way better. That like, I went from chronically fatigued, like barely able to function like tons of energy. I was like, I don't even know I could feel this good. I went from like, thinking, I just wanted to be like, normal. Like, I was like, wow, this stuff actually works. And most people are crazy. Seeing the fruits and vegetables are good for you. So I just became the very evangelical about it, and eventually went back to school, and had you know, it planned to write a book about all that, but I hate writing. And I kind of you know, but as time went on, it became more of a more of a necessity, you know, trying to answer the same questions from people so, so I wrote the work on the book for a while finally finished, it comes out Tuesday, create health, reverse autoimmune disease without drugs or side effects, basically tells my whole story. What you do to reverse it, why it works. It's basically just the book I wish I could have. Like, if I had the time machine show up, like, hey, just take what's in this book. This is you, in the future, just do what's in here. Because back then I had to figure it out. And it was, it was it was a lot of trial and error. So so that's basically the book.

Jason Davis:

Yeah, you're doing the bio hacker thing when there was no information to go off of. So if, you know, just going off the title, is the methods in the book exclusively for someone with an autoimmune disorder?

Dr. Ben Benulis:

Great question. You know, the book is tailored towards that and that's really who it's for. But if you take the principles in here, I mean, it'll it'll work for pretty much any chronic metabolic disease, you know, heart disease, type two diabetes, cancer, you know, stuff like that. So, it really, it's not going to steer you wrong, for sure. are

Jason Davis:

mentioned cancer there. I heard something interesting from somebody else in the naturopathic world. They don't actually address cancer as cancer they call it fungus. Do you know anything about that?

Dr. Ben Benulis:

I've heard theories about that. I've also heard that certain autoimmune diseases they believe or fungus actually had an and naturopath tell me today, that someone who was in stage five kidney failure actually had kidney fungus, which I'd never heard of, until today. So I suppose that's conceivable. The other problem may just be that the immune system is attenuated, like weakened. And so then it's easier for these fungi, fungi that normally wouldn't grow in our bodies to grow there and cause problems. So, for example, like peel of AIDS or immune system suppressed, they get this weird, fungal pneumonia that you and I would never get, because we have normal immune systems only once, like very, very suppressed, can the can person get the fungal infection in the lungs, and they get pneumonia and they die? So that may be what's going on? I don't know.

Jason Davis:

Interesting. You mentioned the, the fruits and vegetables, the greens and all that in the smoothie. And I mean, for somebody that wants to just start doing that you're doing like a half gallon a day you said, I mean, if somebody wants to start, you would say just start with a smoothie a day, just start there, and then get the book and go from there. Right?

Dr. Ben Benulis:

Yeah, absolutely. Yeah. And then, you know, go at to the degree that you want to heal, I mean, some people are super serious, I'm gonna dive all in, because they're just in such a world of hurt that they'll do anything to get better. I love working with those kinds of people. Some people are scared to make a change, and you know, need to dip their toe in the pool. But, you know, once they find out that the water is warm, is like good swim, and the food tastes good. And they start seeing their body feel better, that they just couldn't get compelled to do more. So, you know, it's, it's, it's implemented to the degree that you want to see results is what I would tell people.

Jason Davis:

Okay, that makes sense. Now, are you offering any kind of, I know, you have your own practice there? You know, but are you offering any kind of, like, personalized consultations on your methods for that?

Dr. Ben Benulis:

Yeah, absolutely. I tried to put everything in the book. So the book will be on Amazon and also on my own website, create help. book.com you can do get it on my website, I throw in some bonus training, like some video stuff that that, like you can't get off Amazon just gotten some freebies thrown in. And then, uh, yeah, I do offer like, coaching and support if you need help implementing the stuff, obviously, you know, it's like, I can give you that the primmer of like, what to do, but let's face it, like changing your life isn't easy. You need accountability, you need support, you need mentorship. I do offer that as a service. So yeah, absolutely.

Jason Davis:

Outstanding. All right. So create health. book.com don't get it from Amazon people. I mean, we got to support the local business. Don't Don't make Bezos any richer than he already is. He's gonna jam the 5g tower up your rear end, right.

Dr. Ben Benulis:

Yeah, I mean, I'm just playing the game with Amazon like in the first week, we want to kind of hammer it and like basically sell the book at a discount and like, drive sales there. So if you're watching this like and it's like the last week of May 2020 to get on Amazon super cheap. Write me a review. Otherwise later on buy it from me. That's what I would say. Yeah. But like, I Amazon's like, the necessary evil. Unfortunately, I tried to not buy anything, unless I absolutely cannot get it anywhere else. from Amazon, so but yeah, I agree with you there. Totally.

Jason Davis:

Yeah. So get get it from the doc direct. great help. book.com you get some extras to Doc. Always a pleasure. Dr. Benjamin B. Nicholas. Thanks for coming back.

Dr. Ben Benulis:

We appreciate it. All right. Thanks, Jason. Awesome.
